EELEX iGaming forum, (September 10-11, 2009 in Ukraine in Kiev) will cover gambling tours (junket). 

Junket is gambling tourism directed to tourists coming with the aim of amusement and spending time in casinos.

Due to the prohibition of gambling in Russia and Ukraine junket tours are now acquiring much popularity.
