On May 27, 2009 went on the air programme “There is an opinion”. The edition of the TV programme related to the situation with gambling business in the capital, prohibition of it and consequences after the law about restricting of gambling business will come into effect. Alsart’s marketing director Alexey Kuzmin was invited as an expert and answered on the questions of the linkman Alexey Ignatyev. 

During the interview A. Kuzmin gave the opinion to condition and perspectives of the zones’ development and also pay attention of TV audience to negative aspects of complete closing of gambling establishments – growth of unemployment, tax reduction to budget, arising illegal casinos and slot halls.  
 
“Taking into account specificity of Russia, the most reasonable decision is not a prohibition but firm and clear regulation of gambling business… 
 Even before crisis the prohibition of the gambling led to negative social and economical consequences. In this crisis time these consequences will take dangerous scales”, added Alexey Kuzmin.
